We offer flawless services to our clients, but should there be any case of un-satisfaction from our clients. We oblige our service to understand the reasons for such feelings and we take the necessary step to provide the required efforts from us.
Our clients are advised to monitor the duration of any service they purchase from us and understand the result of each service in other to have a transparent assessment after the job is delivered. Should there be any need to complain, we urge our client to log a formal complaint by mailing directly to our support address within 24 hours of job delivery. After due assessment of the situation, if need be for a refund, the account of the client will be credited within 7 working days.
There is room for retry after a client logged a complaint about any service, if the client is not satisfied afterward, such client will be reimbursed.
Any clients that fail to oblige by the 24 hours ultimatum for review and complaint logging will forfeit the right to claim a refund.

Delivery Policy
We swiftly switch to action once full payment has been made for any services in our store. We abide strictly by the duration attached to each service. Should there be any need for changes to the delivery date, the client will be duly informed about the cause and need for such changes.
